</div><div data-element-id="elm_iPGRgAdXpOu-ypdYYBlkdg" data-element-type="text" class="zpelement zpelem-text "><style> [data-element-id="elm_iPGRgAdXpOu-ypdYYBlkdg"].zpelem-text { padding-inline-end:10px; padding-inline-start:10px; } </style><div class="zptext zptext-align-left zptext-align-mobile-left zptext-align-tablet-left " data-editor="true"><p style="text-align:justify;line-height:2;">カラムに試料を流し、溶出されたものを1.5 mLマイクロチューブでフラクションを回収しました。最初に出てくるものは超純水のみと予想しているので、最初の２つのフラクションは1.0 mLずつ回収し、その後の各フラクションは0.5 mLずつ回収しました。その回収されたフラクションは図４に示しました。</p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height:2;">色が淡くて見にくいかもしれませんが、４番目のフラクションからは薄い茶色の溶液を回収したとわかりました。薄い茶色溶液は５と６番目のフラクションにも観測され、その後のものは透明な溶液でした。</p></div>
